Hi, I'm Joshua. I've spent years working with 3D printers professionally - diagnosing faults, calibrating machines, and getting them running reliably for the companies that rely on them. From entry-level FDM printers to industrial machines, there's very little I haven't had to take apart, tune, or troubleshoot at some point. My personal printer right now is a Bambu Lab P1S, which I use daily.
I started Print3DBuddy because most of the help online is either buried in forum threads, assumes you already know what you're doing, or is written by someone who has clearly never touched a printer. I wanted a single place with straight-talking, practical guides that actually reflect how these machines behave in the real world - not just what the spec sheet says.
Whether you're setting up your first printer or trying to track down why your prints keep failing, the goal here is simple: give you the same advice I'd give a colleague standing next to me at the machine.
I don't take money from manufacturers, and I don't soften criticism to keep affiliate commissions. If something isn't worth buying, I'll say so.
